Actually free. Open source. You can run the Community Edition forever and never pay us anything. We make money when people want the full feature set, priority support, and the commercial license. That's the whole business model.
"Why is everyone else so much more expensive?"
Legacy tech, enterprise sales teams, and the belief that if you make it hard to find out the price, people won't comparison-shop. We don't have a 40-person sales org to feed. We pass that on.
"What's the catch with 'unlimited users'?"
There isn't one. Per-seat pricing exists to extract maximum revenue, not because it costs more to add a user. Your 50th user costs us the same as your 5th.
"Do I need to bring my own AI API keys?"
Yes — you supply your own keys from Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or run Ollama locally for free. Your keys, your account, your security. We never see or store your API credentials.
"Can I start on Community and upgrade later?"
Yes, and your data comes with you. Same database schema. Upgrade to Professional and the full feature set unlocks on your existing instance. Want us to host it too? That's an add-on we can set up.
"What if I need to leave?"
